Land Sterling will develop a comprehensive schedule that takes into account any linked systems or activities, and shall be defined by design specification, health and safety standards, functionality and authority compliances. All test results are recorded and are included within operations and maintenance manuals to ensure that all systems are delivering on the design specifications. The testing and commissioning in charge will be responsible for monitoring the performance periodically until completion of defects liability period.
