Strategic Milestones in Saudi Arabia
Delivered key projects in KSA, including a full dilapidation survey at King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh.

Expanded Capabilities
Introduced new service lines with the acquisition of Aspect Project Management and added software and marketing teams.
2023
New Market Entry: Algeria
Opened operations in Algeria. Land Sterling now operates across 4 countries with 130+ employees and 6 offices.
