Around 11,241 units were completed during the quarter, 78% of which were apartments. Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Business Bay, Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), Damac Island City, and Dubai Marina emerged as the top-performing areas by transaction volume.
