Hamza Betraoui, the Managing Director of Land Sterling, has been awarded the Next-Gen Personality of the Year Award at 2022’s Smart Built Environment Awards, organized by the CM today magazine and recently held as part of the Smart Built Environment Forum hosted at Address Marina, Dubai.
The Smart Built Environment Awards is a leading regional event that honours excellence in the management of buildings and communities, finding key performers in the management of the built environment in the four key sectors of facilities management, property management, community management and PropTech.
Speaking on the award, Hamza Betraoui said that it was a sincere accolade to have been chosen as a winner from among such a distinguished group of professionals, adding:
“The Next-Gen Personality of the Year celebrates individuals who have gone above and beyond in their role, and winners are chosen only after a thorough evaluation by a 12-member jury comprising leading experts from all four sectors. Land Sterling was also a second-time recipient of the Property Consultancy Team of the Year and shortlisted as PropTech Company of the Year at the same prestigious event, cementing the organization’s status as an industry leader at the vanguard of growth in Dubai and the UAE.
