Land Sterling was appointed by Wellcube to deliver Tranquil Wellness Residential tower located at the heart of Dubai connecting 4 major residential and business sectors.
The development includes 440,000 sq.ft of built area comprising of 272 wellness apartments representing the 4 elements (earth, fire, water and wind) with over 60,000 sq.ft of wellness space inclusive of gym, yoga studio, Zen rooms and 15 global wellness partnerships.
