Scope: Service Charge Allocation Study
The Line is a civilizational revolution that puts humans first, providing an unprecedented urban living experience while preserving the surrounding nature. Only 200 meters wide, 170 kilometers long and up to 500 high, The Line redefines the concept of urban development and what cities of the future should look like.
The Line will eventually accommodate nine (9) million people and is being built on a footprint of just 34km2culminating in reduced infrastructure imprint, creating never-before-seen efficiencies in city functions. Land Sterling was appointed to develop FM actual costing for two Modules of The Line through FM Cost Modelling.
