WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Residential Valuer, you will be conducting property inspections for assigned projects, generating accurate inspection notes and valuation reports consistently. While maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality, extending to immediate colleagues, ensuring error-free output. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, adherence to industry guidelines, and the ability to meet deadlines, coupled with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prepare detailed location and property descriptions in valuation reports.
- Ensure all reports and recommendations adhere to the current RICS guidelines.
- Develop an understanding of residential market trends, prices, and rates to enhance valuation preparations.
- Meet or exceed 24-hour deadlines for mortgage valuation instructions, demonstrating self-motivation.
- Serve internal and external customers with a commitment to meeting or surpassing expectations.
- Produce clear and concise written reports in English, presenting findings and recommendations for Market Value.
- Effectively communicate ideas and solutions to address problems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Real Estate, Property Valuation, Surveying or similar)
- 1-2 years of real estate valuation experience is preferred
