Land Sterling carried out the facilities management performance audit of the existing FM service providers, at the client properties, by evaluating the present condition of the property and auditing the key FM operations criteria that included FM Administration, Financial Management, Risk Management, Operations Management, Procurement Management, Communications Management, Occupier Management, Document Management, Digitization & Property Condition Assessment. Along with the Condition audit that involved performance testing, efficiency testing, running tests and due diligence of assets.
Our Approach to achieve this was step by step activities that involved document review, site visit, FM Audit – Quantitative, FM Audit – Qualitative, Building Condition Survey and Reporting.
