HISTORY
Land Sterling was established in 2009 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Land Sterling is a limited liability company registered in United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom.
Our Presence: Land Sterling has offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh & London with over 80 staff members at different locations.
Founded in 2009 – the first company to start snagging and handover services in the MENA region.
Signed 4 contracts with leading real estate players including RAK Properties, Rakeen, Al Ghurair Investment & Al Mazaya Real Estate.
Listed on panel of 4 leading banks as preferred valuation service provider.
Expanded to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. Founded a sister company in the fit out industry. Became a fully regulated company by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom.
Became the leading Building Surveying firm in the UAE, developing and adopting rules and regulations set by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
Appointed to conduct Building Condition Audits, Reserve Fund Studies and Insurance Valuations for leading Dubai Developers – Emaar and Damac.
Won major contracts from ALDAR Properties to conduct professional building surveying work on its full portfolio across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Became the title sponsor for Middle East Association Managers Conference (MEAMCON) and further expanded Project & Building Consultancy to serve the MENA Region.
Executed a full dilapidation survey of 3 buildings of King Abdullah Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
