Abu Dhabi Property Watch Q2 2026
Abu Dhabi’s residential market continued its strong performance in Q2 2026, recording 7,348 sales transactions valued at AED 30 billion, supported by sustained investor confidence and strong off-plan activity. More than 29,000 residential units remain under construction, reflecting a healthy long-term development pipeline. The commercial office sector demonstrated resilience, with capital values and rental rates increasing year-on-year amid limited supply of quality office space and sustained occupier demand. Retail and industrial markets also recorded positive leasing activity, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a stable and attractive real estate investment destination.
