Job Purpose
We are looking for Property Consultants who are hardworking, self-driven, customer-focused and business-minded individuals with a go-getter attitude, who are seriously looking to substantially uplift their financial earnings and career. Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, developing an ethical approach and understanding the property market focusing on the area assigned to them.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions!
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment advisor to our clients.
- Building strong relationships with Developers, Owners, Sellers and Buyers
- Conducting listing and viewing appointments
- Self-generation of new property listings and new business from our own client database
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord & developer
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds to the transaction, and liaising with all interested parties.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding.
- Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Draft and complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc.)
- Coordinate property auctions or exchanges
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders.
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.
Education, Skills & Experience
- Be able to produce and disseminate written and oral reports in English to present findings along with recommendations.
- Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
- Must have attained a minimum of High School level of qualification.
- Must possess a driver’s license and a vehicle to operate in the UAE.
- Must be proficient in PC skills.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in the local UAE Real Estate market.
- Complete a follow-up, thank you notes and/or return calls to prospects.
- Maintain current tenant files.
- Develop an understanding of the market, trends, prices and update on property laws and regulations.
- Attend training as instructed by the company.
- Adheres to the company’s policies and procedures at all times.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned from time to time.
- A valid Driving license is a must.
