August 8, 2021 – Land Sterling, the region’s market leader in real estate consultancy, has announced its acquisition of Aspect Project Management, an established UAE Project Management and Cost Consultancy that has extensive experience across multiple sectors but in particular the healthcare and education industries.
The addition of Aspect has been described by Land Sterling’s Managing Director, Hamza Betraoui, as the “vital missing link” to its core services and will provide added value to Land Sterling’s clients.
The acquisition will lead to Dubai-based Land Sterling creating one of the largest and most respected multi-disciplinary project and building consultancy in the region.
As Land Sterling expands globally, it will continue to offer local and international clients a diverse, efficient and complementary set of services, helping them deliver, operate and maintain their developments while managing the projects program, budget and quality in the most efficient way possible, by implementing best practices in the industry.
While Aspect’s team ensures timely and successful design, cost control and construction management of development projects, Land Sterling’s existing Building Technical Consultancy team will compliment Aspects offering by providing full real estate life cycle management. This will establish Land Sterling’s market position as a leader in total Real Estate consultancy.

Not only will it bring additional quality management systems and expertise to Land Sterling, but it will enable us to reach out to more clients across the region.
