Abdelbasset “Abdul” Betraoui is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Construction. As a Partner and Board Member of Land Sterling, Abdul plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, governance, and long-term vision.

Before his current role, Abdul served as the Chief Executive Officer of Land Sterling, where he led the company’s operations, strategy, and growth across the Middle East and North Africa. During his tenure as CEO, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s core services, including Building and Facilities Consultancy, Project Management, and Cost Consultancy.
His strategic insight elevated Land Sterling’s services, resulting in higher client satisfaction, larger-scale projects, and a stronger brand presence.

In addition to his role at Land Sterling, Abdul is the CEO of Horton Interiors, where he transformed a small fit-out firm into a major industry player. His hands-on management approach ensures the highest standard of quality for clients and showcases his leadership as a true student of the game.

Abdul is focused on driving Land Sterling’s growth in the MENA region, aiming to position the company as a leading multi-sector consultancy. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Abdul holds a degree in Construction Management from Leeds Beckett University (formerly Leeds Metropolitan University) in West Yorkshire.
