Our experienced and highly qualified Fit-Out Management team can assist with managing the entire fit out process from inception to completion. Land Sterling begins the process by listening to the client’s needs and requirements to target achievable deliverables throughout the duration of a project.
We have developed processes, guidelines and codes of practice that ensure that all new fit-outs comply with the customers’ needs and the landlord’s design team requirements as well as local authority and municipality regulations and legislation. Three main stages are considered in the process, Planning, Initiation, and Mobilization, Delivery and Fit Out and Completion.
